Up until my 20’s, I was very shy & my best friends were the 2 ponies in the backyard, who saved me from problems at home & being bullied in school. Little did I know that the horse is my totem animal, she’s the leading mare. My power name (medicine name) has later become “the Horse that can’t be stopped”. I have the power to pull a strong load & to roam freely over the prairie. I also use my front hoof to hit the point of the issue leading people both lovingly & without bending.
When I lived in Martinique to study for my thesis in post-colonial identity, I got to know people who lived wildly in the forest, like the Marroons did before (they were run-away slaves & excellent drummers). I heard about the latest studies of religious anthropology & interviewed a lot of artists & writers.
The power & energy of the land also set me on a path to find my inner freedom & spiritual nature.
Not believing, until 2000, that I had it in me, I explored my creative side by designing my own jewellery brand, aMOUSCHKA & travelled around Europe to sell it to some of the most prestigious shops successfully. I just jumped into having 5 different jobs in my company without having trained for them.
I still sell the jewellery as an accessory to my shamanic practice.
The drive to complement brain learning & creative endeavour with energetical & emotional learning, has led me to sit in many sweat-lodges, ceremonies, meditation-journeys & workshops with both western & indigenous shamans. And through my formal 2½ year long therapeutical Life Coach education at the Alfa-Omega Institute & many other self-development courses, I have learned many therapeutical techniques as well as the most important tool, the power of acceptance.
These experiences & teachings, together with my personal healing journey over the last 23 years, enables me to give steady support to others living challenging experiences.
The jewel in the crown was my personal Vision Quest, a 5-day fast in Nature where I focused and prayed for what I wished in life, in 2013 & the year after I was to build my first shaman drum – an instrument that changed my life & made me do things I never thought I dared.
From the very first time I beat my drum, even before I made my drum stick, I was called to do drum journeys to help people connect with their inner power.
When I drum, I draw upon my Reiki healing initiation which taught me that when you follow your inner images & the body’s impulses, healing occurs. With the drum I help people release old outworn patterns & raise their energy. I’m initiated to Munay Ki (a Peruvian tradition) with the rites of the serpent, the jaguar, the hummingbird & the eagle – archetypes that symbolize powerful parts of ourselves & which I also call in when I do shamanic work.
I’ve been travelling in Scandinavia to hold ceremonial workshops for up to 70 people & am creating beautifully adorned shaman drums where I’m able to tune in to what the new owner needs to heal. I hold space for the healing process while I make the drum by hand with crystals & power symbols.
I give a limited number of private sessions in Malmö, online & a few during my journeys.
Through it all, it has been a journey of empowerment.

I’m combining the legacy from my father, a French cathedral organist & Catholic Prior, later a university teacher in history & esthetics of film as well as a writer & my Danish mother, a former painter, teacher & journalist writing about the needs of domestic animals & very interested in psychological mechanisms.
My path is to fuse sound, arts, spirituality, psychology & teaching to the best interest of all living beings.
