Letter
Letter with Post Nord is the cheapest shipping option but can only be used if the shipment weighs less than 2kg. The price is based on the total weight in your shopping cart.

This option isn’t traceable. Therefore, this shipping option is not insured, and packages that do not arrive are not replaced. For full tracking, the more expensive option "Package" should be selected, which has tracability and insurance to some countries.

If the package cannot fit in the mailbox, the shipment info is sent by sms, e-mail or mail and can be retrieved to the nearest postal agent.

Package
The slightly more expensive option but with warranty and assurance of the full amount to most countries. To some countries there's tracking but not insurance.

However, always insured within Sweden. After ordering, the shipping package will be sent to you and you can follow the shipment on its journey. Often also a faster option and the automatic choice for shipping over 2 kg.

Delivery time
Delivery time depends on the shipping options chosen, where you live, if your product is in stock and if I’m travelling and how much workload I have. Deliveries might take up to 3-4 weeks depending on the time of year and your country.

Personalized drums will be created within 2-8 months depending on season and workload. When there are very special reasons, such as special stones, skin or frame that you’d like in it, it might take longer. Always write before you order, if you need your drum at a certain time.

Customs
The customer is responsible for checking the legality of the goods in their country. Goods stuck in customs are not replaced. This is however mainly a formality since we haven't had any packages returned or destroyed by customs.

Packages within the EU are not declared, meaning that they are 99,9% sure to arrive in your country. Countries outside the EU can be charged with tax and VAT.

If you live in Norway or other non EU countries and buy for over 1000 sek., pls. contact me beforehand concerning custom.

Return Policy
We do exchange goods but we don’t give your money back after 24 hours.

If you have ordered a course, session, a drum or other products and have payed, you can change your mind within 24 hours.

After 24 hours you can’t get your money back. But you can change your mind and choose another product, course or session. Or you can give your space to somebody else.

Prepayment
Sessions are always prepaid and only fully booked after you paid

Drum building courses are only fully booked after you paid your deposit of 1500 sek./1000 dkk./134 Eur.

Drums have a prepayment of 1500 sek. to order the drum and get in line to get it created. The balance is payed after delivery. Personalized drums can also be paid in instalments by further agreement.

Longer courses also demand a deposit, the amount varies.

Goods are only sent, when paid.  

Payment by invoice
Companies can pay by invoice with a 14 days payment delay from shipping date.

Pls. mail me your Vat. No. If your company is based in a Eu country outside Denmark, you can get your order without Vat.

Cancellation
Private sessions can be rebooked to another day until 24h before. After that time you’ll have to pay the full amount. But you can give your session to somebody else.

Returns
Upon return, please contact us within 14 days after the package arrived and describe the case and we will solve it as quickly and smoothly as possible. 

Purchases that are regretted and to be returned must be unbroken. This applies mainly natural products, such as sage. The customer pays freight if the purchase is regretted. Shipping costs cannot be reclaimed.

GDPR
We save the following personal data about our customers

Customers: first name, surname, company/organization, e-mail, VAT number, address, zip code, city, country, telephone number.

As a customer, you can request extract, modification or deletion of this information at any time.
