Personal Drum Journeys

A Life Coaching session with personal Drum Journey goes a level deeper than a regular life coaching session. The two are a perfect combination of western methods which heal your emotions & shamanic wisdom enabling you to draw upon your soul’s power.

These sessions start with your intention or dream. Then we look inside you & transform difficult emotions in a playful way.

I use all the methods from Life Coaching sessions, see here under Life Coaching. After we’ve dived deeper into what’s alive in you, we set in a ceremonial space by cleansing you ritually with sage. As in shamanic cultures, I call in the 7 directions & powers associated with these to support your journey & intention.

The ritualistic setting helps you send a clear message to your subconscious, your higher self or the divine (whatever you want to call it). I call you to say YES to yourself & your intention. A Yes creates circuits inside you that lead towards receiving the answer to your yes & to stepping up to who you really are inside.

With the Drum Journey coaching, I support you in your process of blossoming into somebody who finds strength from the core, who listens to themself & who is able to communicate clearly.

These sessions are also good for working with anger, boundaries, the inner child and feelings of unworthiness.
