On this page I’ll launch digital prerecorded drummings that you can use for doing drum journeys at home. And also meditations.
Until then, you are welcome to follow my very first live online meditation. The meditation came to me in a workshop & mutated a little as I was doing it live – just like you can experience in my live workshops, the meditations come in interaction with the energy of the people participating.
I start giving some advice at 5 min. & the meditation starts at 9:30 min.
